A free Saturday?

What is that?

Well, it looks as though I have a free Saturday. Football season abruptly ended last weekend for our area teams, so for the first time since working where I’m at, there are no area football teams in state play.

With soccer teams being in good spots, others will be covering those, so I’m now off Saturday. Not a bad thing.

So, it looks as though — even with the threat of showers — I’m going to head out geocaching. I’m looking forward to it because I haven’t been in a bit and it will be nice to get a way and spend a full day caching. I’m still trying to figure which way others want to head, but there’s a cool series of caches in the Albany area that look like it could be fun. Especially if the rain isn’t bad. The temps look like they will be OK, so a day of hiking and finding caches should be fun.

It should also give me the chance to take some photos as I’ve been neglecting the photo blog again (surprise!)

I am finishing processing photos from a wedding, which has been taking a lot of time, and then I will be working on the new rules for the HooHaa Travel Bug Race 2. For those of you who expressed interest when I announced the last winners, I will eventually contact you. For others reading, let me know if you are interested.

More later!

The football teams up your way don’t play on Thanksgiving?

I need to get your Xbox fixed & get it up to you! Modern Warfare 2 hit yesterday & it is unreal.

Good on ya, but a bummer about the football teams.

I haven’t been caching in a while either, and I’m hoping to get back out this weekend. I have a heap of school work to do, but I hope to squeeze in some adventure.

Stormy — the weekend after Thanksgiving is the state championships. But, no, we don’t have those Thanksgiving games you guys have in Connecticut.
