Boy have I been awful.
I haven’t updated this site in forever. I haven’t done my photoblog in forever. Blah. I’ll get back into it, eventually. Been backed up pretty decently though.
Some quick things…
On the job front, I’ve landed an adjunct position at the local college here and will be teaching two sections of Freshman Composition in the fall. This is highly exciting as it’s something I’d eventually like to persue on a full-time basis. This is a good way to make sure it’s something I would enjoy. So, I’ve been working on the course outline and such and trying to figure out what I want the students to read etc.
On other fronts, we’ve been busy planning our annual geocaching event. It’s been a lot of work, but quite fun and I hope, as long as Mother Nature cooperates, Saturday will go off as a rousing success. We have some awesome things planned, so we’ll see how it goes.
I’m also in the middle of planning some trips for my upcoming vacation in August. I know I am going to Montreal for a few days and then I am hoping for a few caching adventures — which will hopefully allow me to get some photos, too, so I can get back to that blog. I’ve ignored my camera for way too long!
Anyway, I’ll try and update more this weekend after the event!
